President Ken Fields has over 20 years of experience handling all aspects of data-collection. Graduating from Ashland University, Ken has a degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science. His strong background in computers and technology allows for Fields Research to handle any type of data or sample types. Ken developed our proprietary CATI and the 'Smart Dialing' software system, that has been in use by Fields Research since 1989. With this knowledge and experience, we are able to broadcast focus groups, program and host web surveys, and collect research data using the most efficient and state of the art methodologies in existence. Ken is a member of MRA, Great Lakes Chapter MRA & AMA and Past Chairman of MRA's 'American Opinion Week'.
