Our Purpose
CAHPS® Surveys seek to evaluate a patient's experience for the purpose of informing consumers, improve the quality of care, and increase accountability of healthcare providers. Many CAHPS® surveys are required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as part of a public reporting initiative.
As an approved CAHPS® vendor, our goal at FieldsHealthcareResearch is to provide agencies with the most straightforward, honest, dependable, and affordable means of complying with the CMS CAHPS® requirements.
