Web with Mail Follow-Up: $350 per month
Mail Only: $500 per month
Above pricing is for Ambulatory Surgery Centers only. Starting in 2025, CMS's OAS-CAHPS target for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) is 200 completed surveys yearly.

Price is based on a minimum 25% response rate. If a Web-First mode is used, the price is based on 70% minimum email coverage.

Sign up now for a setup fee of just $50.

Each month, we'll gather sufficient samples to meet CMS's objective of completing 18 surveys. Following that, we'll extend our surveying efforts, at no additional cost, to reach out to individuals not covered in the initial monthly sample through SMS/Email.

Survey Overview

The OAS-CAHPS® Survey Survey is designed to measure patients’ experiences with care received from Medicare-certified hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs) & ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

The standardized OAS-CAHPS® Survey instrument is composed of the following measures:

  • Quality of Patient Care
  • Communication Between Providers & Patients
  • Preparations for Discharge & Recovery

Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) quota is 300 & is mandatory starting in 2024.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) quota is 200 & is mandatory starting in 2025.
