GET MORE... Included in our service is a survey designed to improve your agency and your scores. INSIGHT is a separate survey from the CMS HH-CAHPS® survey and is now included as part of our service. We survey patients NOT selected in the monthly HH-CAHPS® sample pulled each month. This separate survey can determine if a patient is unhappy or might give a low HH-CAHPS® score in the future. This information allows you to follow up with the patient to resolve any problems.
In addition to the free survey, we provide a list of "Do's and Don'ts" and "How to improve your scores" fact sheet.
A leave behind flyer to encourage participation and communication is also available through our web portal free of charge.
